At  Abhishek Coaching & Learning Academy, we are committed to delivering your textile products in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. This Shipping & Exchange Policy explains how we ship your orders and handle exchange requests.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship across India using reliable courier/logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified value (as per promotions on our website).

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your order status using the tracking link provided.

 

2. Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to exchange a product, please note the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags/labels intact.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Fabrics or textile items that have been cut, stitched, altered, or customized.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.

  • Discounted or clearance sale items, unless defective or damaged.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at [Insert Email / Phone] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide order details, reason for exchange, and (if applicable) photos of the product.

  3. Once approved, return the product to the address provided by us.

  4. Upon inspection, we will ship the replacement product (subject to stock availability).

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • For all other exchange requests (such as size, design change, etc.), the customer will bear the shipping cost for both return and re-shipping.
