1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• The product does not match the description provided on our website.

Conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags/labels intact.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Products purchased on discount or clearance sale may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Fabrics or textile products that have been cut, stitched, altered, or customized as per your request.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.

• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Process for Returns

1. Contact our customer support team at  Email /Phone  within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide order details, reason for return, and (if applicable) photographs of the defective/damaged product.

3. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

4. Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges will be provided for eligible products subject to stock availability.

• If the requested replacement is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

In case of delivery of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (for example: change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
